One of the best locations in Budapest. This apartment is housed in a building which is in the heart of the theater district. It is also a minutes walk from the Unesco world heritage site, Andrassy Boulevard. Also Liszt Ferenc Square, Budapest's premier walking street, packed with trendy bars, restaurants and cafes is also 3 minutes on foot. Transport links are great to. A metro stop on the mainland Europe's oldest metro line and a tram stop are within a four minute walk. The flat itself is fundamentally in good condition although internal renovation  work is advisable if you wanted to let to an expat. Letting potential in a location such as this is excellent.
