City Center Park


The development

Starting from €41,000 we believe that Centre City Park offers both value and a great opportunity for capital growth.

This is the third and final phase of this development. There will be 50 apartments in total in this phase. The project is due for completion in June 2008. 

The location is central. Many universities attend by international students are very near, e.g. the veterinary and medical universities. This area is part of the historical centre of Budapest, but the very centre of Budapest can be reached by metro in around five minutes. What is now the largest shopping Mall and entertainment centre in Central and Eastern Europe can be reached on foot in around 12 minutes.

The location

The private sector, the local council and the Budapest City Council is currently investing heavily in the 8th and certain parts of this district offer some of the most potentially profitable property investments currently available in the city.

British venture capital firm Active Asset Investment Management recently purchased the newly constructed Arena Plaza complex for €360 million, a development that was completed in November 2007 and surpassed the 13th District’s West End City Centre as the largest shopping and entertainment mall in Central and Eastern Europe.

In summary, the 8th has for many years suffered from a lack of investment. Whilst the process of regeneration and transformation will not be instant, the long-term commitments made by private and public investors to the district are already bearing fruit and the area has a great future. As such, parts of the 8th represent perhaps the best medium to long term potential for increased property values in the five to ten years.
